2. Do I get to choose my hours?
Yes, log into the app when you are available to receive orders
3. How come I’m not getting any orders?
Delivery orders are not guaranteed, volume fluctuates by customer, location, and hours you’re available
4. When do I get paid?
You get paid instantly upon delivery completion to the account you used to set up your delivery profile
5. Do I have to accept delivery orders?
No, we provide you the option to reject delivery but will offer them to you based on your delivery profile
6. I saw the order and it disappeared, why?
Either the order was cancelled by our clients or you did not accept in time and assigned to another driver
7. Do I get tips?
Yes, if a customer offers you cash or electronic tip you keep 100%
8. I have a question regarding an order, who can I contact?

9. How long do I have to make the delivery?
You want to pickup and deliver within the time specific on the order, if you run into an issue contact support immediately
10. What if I don’t deliver on time?
There are penalties for missed ETA’s, if you run into an issue contact support immediately via SMS and/or by Phone – 210-864-1761
11. How do I know how much I will get paid?
The order description will have the payout amount listed
12. There was extra work involved outside the normal scope, how do I let you know?
